SHIPPING & HANDLING:
- We ship our orders primarily through the US Postal Service via Priority or First Class mail.
Special requests can be made for Express Mail service or another carrier such as UPS by email or FAX.
- Our minimum Shipping & Handling rate per order is $5.95 and only partially covers the cost of postage, packaging materials, and Handling (Defined as the process of Packaging, Labeling, Processing, & Shipping orders).
- If your order is unusually large or small, you may request a special rate for S&H. Common requests include bulk orders or single, small replacement parts which may be shipped by first class mail.
- Delivery Confirmation, insurance, or Return Receipts are offered on all orders to ensure delivery is made to the customer.
This protects the customer as well as the company when claims are made and allows us to correct any problems much faster.
- We do not charge additional fees for shipping to US Possessions or APO /
FPO who use US Mail service.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES POLICY:

- We stand by our service! If an error was made on our part, we will correct the error at our expense.

to resolve the following problems:
- If your product is damaged in shipment we
can send replacement items or parts for insured orders.
- If your product doesn't work right, please give us the opportunity to offer you
support based on our knowledge of the products to solve the problem and get
it working or refer you to the manufacturer for further support so that we can have a chance to make it right prior to seeking a refund.
- If your product is late, please notify us
so we can track it and/or send a replacement (if lost).
- If we made a mistake on the engraving,
sent the incorrect product, or other error, we will issue
an exchange and pay for shipping of the returned item.
- Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges must be
pre-approved, contact us for a return authorization number before sending
it back.
- We reserve the right to refuse Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges after more than
14 days to ensure timely processing. This does not apply if we are notified of a problem in a timely manner.
- Generally, Full Refunds can only be issued
if the product is in it's original packaging and can be
resold. If the item has been used, soiled, damaged, or otherwise
not resellable, it may not be returned unless it includes
a manufacturers warranty which some of our products do.

- We are in business to sell our products and services! We do
NOT rent, lease or loan products to try them out, for this reason we cannot offer refunds on
returned products that are used or damaged by abuse/misuse.
- Under no circumstances will any refunds include shipping & handling charges as these are considered
to be a service or a "used in the process expense" at the request of the customer and are not recoverable.
- Returns for refund may be assesed a modest return fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
